Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your guests are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned with commercial vinyl cleaner and disinfectant. At the time of delivery, it will be inspected again to ensure cleanliness.
Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of inflatables at any occasions, including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, summer camps, and much more!
Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do not provide a water hose. Please have a water hose present when renting a water slide or slip n slide.
Our inflatables can be set up on grass, concrete, or asphalt with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces are anchored with sandbags. An additional charge may apply when setup on Concrete, Asphalt, or other allowable hard surfaces.
Each rental includes at least 8 hours of play time. Multi-day, overnight, and extended hour rentals may be available for an additional cost.
Yes, all rental reservations require a $75 credit card deposit that is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your event, our team will work with you to transfer your deposit to another date/time.
We strive to ensure all of our customers have a great rental experience and can make memories with their friends and/or guests without the worry of weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
If you cancel:
– Less than 48 hours prior to your event, you will be charged the entire cost of your rental, unless the cause is weather related or cancelled at the discretion of Newnan Inflatables and Party Rentals for the safety of you and your guests. If your event is cancelled due to weather, our team will assist you in rescheduling your event for another date within 30 days.
– Less than 7 days prior to your event, you will be charged 50% of the total rental cost (less your deposit amount).
– More than 7 days prior to your scheduled event, you will forfeit your deposit.
If you wish to reschedule your event, we will transfer your deposit to an alternate date (subject to availability).
